Dumpling Master Jason

What a treat to learn dumplings from the master: Jason Y. I've never been very good at pleating my dumplings. Seems I'm always reviewing someone's technique on YouTube. Jason's pleating is simple and methodical. 2 pleats on each side, with the center being the endpoint. And all this time I was just pleating from one end to the other. With enough practice, I will eventually get into a rhythm and make uniform dumplings like Master Jason.
