siracha...a whole different way

Like me, my sister loves a good food tour. And lucky her, she lives in SoCal which affords her the opportunity to visit the Huy Fong Foods plant when she wants. On her recent visit here, she shared the siracha love with these 2 delicacies- found only at the Huy Fong gift shop.

Siracha Popcorn
This is the -ish! The popcorn is savory with an ever so slight siracha flavor at first. Then a slow burn develops as you eat the stuff. The burn grows pretty quickly if you're not careful. Highly addictive.

Siracha Caramels
These sound interesting...but I wasn't sure how I'd like it. In fact, I haven't had them yet! I'll be sure to update the post when I get around to trying them.
