Inspired by a chat with gal pal Julie, I decided to make fettuccine alfredo for dinner. This is one of the most decadent pastas I can ever make. I haven't made it in over 15 years. I'm not one to be shy about cooking with butter, cream and the like, but for some reason this dish just screams, "RICH!" I added some veggies to make me feel like I was eating something good for me. Who was I kidding?
