lamb tartare

I traveled a bridge and tunnel (albeit via BART) to grab dinner and catch up with Kathy K. at the Corners Tavern in Walnut Creek. We did a bunch of nibbles for dinner (we like to eat a bunch of different things in a meal). The stand out for me was the Lamb Tartare. The meat was incredibly fresh. It was the perfect bite to complement my ice cold martini.
