buffalo chicken won ton...WHAT?

I'm always challenged to find a good dish to bring to our annual block party. The food is always an eclectic mix of Costco pre-made goodies, random salads, store bought cookies, crudites, chips and dips. I figure whatever I bring will get eaten and what doesn't gets put on a paper plate and left for the hosts to deal with. This year, I brought out a favorite nibble- Buffalo Chicken Won Ton!

These bits of joy are so quick and easy to make. Just combine some cooked chicken breast (a Costco rotisserie chicken is great for this), chopped flat leaf parsley, Frank's Hot Sauce and feta crumbles (you could use blue cheese but I find it oddly strong in the finished product). Fill won ton skins. Brush with olive oil and bake in a 375° oven for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve with celery + carrot sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Post Block Party Note- What guests were saying about my Buffalo Chicken Won Tons:

"Have you tried these (won tons) yet? They're so different."

"The won tons are so exotic!"

"Oh my goodness- these are spicy!"
