My fridge has been overtaken by 12 quarts of some of the most delish salsa ever- courtesy of Los Cuates Taqueria in South San Francisco. The twins from Los Metates in Colma left and opened their own spot. It's freaking amazing!
I've got both rojo and verde varieties. The salsa is not just spicy but full of flavor. Rojo is savory with tomatoes , fresh chilies and chipotles. Verde is smooth with avocado and tomatillos.
While I love to eat salsa all by itself, I don't think I (nor Diddy) can eat this all. I'm willing to share...And for a limited time I'll even throw in fresh tortilla chips. Any takers?
